Baccarat Chemin de Fer Policies and Scheme

Punto Banco Rules

Baccarat chemin de fer is bet on with 8 decks in a dealer’s shoe. Cards under ten are valued at their printed number and with Ten, Jack, Queen, King are zero, and A is one. Wagers are made on the ‘banker’, the ‘player’, or for a tie (these are not actual people; they simply represent the 2 hands to be dealt).

Two hands of 2 cards are then dealt to the ‘banker’ and ‘gambler’. The value for each hand is the sum of the cards, although the 1st number is discarded. e.g., a hand of five and six has a score of 1 (five plus six equals eleven; dump the initial ‘one’).

A third card could be given out depending on the following rules:

- If the gambler or banker has a score of eight or 9, the two players stay.

- If the gambler has 5 or lower, he hits. Players otherwise stay.

- If the gambler stands, the banker hits on a value less than 5. If the player takes a card, a guide is used to see if the bank holds or hits.

Punto Banco Odds

The greater of the 2 hands wins. Winning bets on the banker pay out nineteen to Twenty (even money less a 5 percent commission. The Rake is recorded and cleared out once you leave the game so be sure to have funds left over before you depart). Winning wagers on the gambler pay 1 to 1. Winning bets for tie usually pay 8 to 1 but sometimes 9 to 1. (This is a poor wager as ties happen lower than one in every ten rounds. Avoid wagering on a tie. Although odds are astonishingly better for 9 to 1 vs. eight to one)

Gambled on correctly baccarat provides relatively good odds, aside from the tie bet of course.

Baccarat Scheme

As with all games baccarat chemin de fer has a few general misconceptions. One of which is similar to a false impression in roulette. The past isn’t a prophecy of events about to happen. Recording past outcomes on a page of paper is a waste of paper and a snub to the tree that gave its life for our stationary desires.

The most accepted and almost certainly the most accomplished scheme is the one-three-two-six technique. This plan is used to pump up earnings and limit losses.

Begin by placing 1 dollar. If you succeed, add another to the 2 on the game table for a total of 3 units on the second bet. Should you succeed you will retain six on the table, subtract 4 so you have two on the 3rd round. If you win the third round, add 2 to the 4 on the game table for a sum total of six on the fourth bet.

If you do not win on the 1st bet, you take a loss of one. A profit on the 1st wager followed by a hit on the 2nd causes a hit of two. Wins on the first 2 with a defeat on the 3rd gives you with a gain of two. And wins on the 1st three with a loss on the 4th means you balance the books. Winning at all four rounds leaves you with 12, a take of ten. This means you are able to give up the 2nd wager 5 times for each favorable streak of 4 bets and still experience no loss.
