Baccarat Chemin de Fer Policies and Plan

Baccarat Banque Principles

Baccarat chemin de fer is played with 8 decks in a dealing shoe. Cards under ten are counted at their printed number and with 10, J, Q, K are zero, and Ace is 1. Bets are placed on the ‘banker’, the ‘player’, or for a tie (these are not really people; they simply represent the two hands to be dealt).

Two hands of two cards are then given to the ‘bank’ and ‘player’. The score for each hand is the sum total of the 2 cards, but the first number is discarded. For example, a hand of 5 and 6 has a total of one (five plus six = eleven; ignore the first ‘1′).

A third card might be given out using the rules below:

- If the gambler or house achieves a value of 8 or nine, the two players hold.

- If the gambler has five or lower, he takes a card. Players stands otherwise.

- If the player stays, the bank takes a card on five or lower. If the player takes a card, a chart is used to figure out if the house holds or takes a card.

Baccarat Odds

The higher of the 2 hands wins. Winning wagers on the house payout 19 to 20 (even money minus a 5 percent commission. Commission are kept track of and cleared out once you quit the game so be sure to have cash left over before you leave). Winning wagers on the gambler pay one to one. Winning bets for tie normally pay 8 to 1 but occasionally 9 to 1. (This is a poor wager as ties happen lower than 1 in every ten hands. Avoid gambling on a tie. Although odds are substantially better for nine to one versus 8 to 1)

Wagered on correctly baccarat chemin de fer provides relatively good odds, apart from the tie bet of course.

Baccarat Course of Action

As with all games Baccarat has a few accepted myths. One of which is close to a myth in roulette. The past is not a fore-teller of future actions. Tracking past results on a sheet of paper is a waste of paper and a snub to the tree that surrendered its life for our paper desires.

The most established and possibly the most accomplished course of action is the 1-3-2-6 method. This method is used to build up winnings and minimizing losses.

Start by betting one chip. If you succeed, add one more to the 2 on the table for a total of 3 chips on the second bet. Should you succeed you will now have 6 on the table, subtract four so you are left with 2 on the 3rd bet. Should you win the 3rd bet, add 2 on the four on the game table for a grand total of 6 on the 4th bet.

If you lose on the initial wager, you take a hit of one. A profit on the initial wager followed by a loss on the second causes a loss of two. Success on the first 2 with a hit on the 3rd provides you with a profit of two. And success on the first 3 with a defeat on the 4th means you are even. Winning all four bets gives you with twelve, a take of 10. This means you can squander the second round 5 times for each favorable streak of four rounds and in the end, experience no loss.
