Punto Banco Rules and Plan

Punto Banco Regulations

Baccarat is played with eight decks in a dealer’s shoe. Cards under 10 are valued at their printed value while Ten, Jack, Queen, King are zero, and Ace is one. Wagers are placed on the ‘bank’, the ‘player’, or for a tie (these are not actual people; they simply represent the two hands to be dealt).

Two cards are given to both the ‘bank’ and ‘player’. The value for each hand is the total of the 2 cards, but the beginning digit is dropped. e.g., a hand of five and 6 has a total of one (five plus 6 equals 11; drop the initial ‘one’).

A third card will be dealt using the rules below:

- If the player or house achieves a score of eight or 9, both players stay.

- If the player has less than five, she hits. Players otherwise stay.

- If the player stands, the house takes a card on a value lower than five. If the player hits, a chart is employed to see if the bank stays or takes a card.

Punto Banco Odds

The higher of the 2 totals wins. Winning wagers on the banker payout nineteen to Twenty (equal money less a 5 percent commission. The Rake is kept track of and paid off once you quit the game so make sure you have funds remaining just before you leave). Winning bets on the player pays out at 1:1. Winning bets for a tie frequently pays 8 to 1 but occasionally 9:1. (This is a awful wager as ties happen lower than one in every 10 rounds. Avoid betting on a tie. Although odds are substantially better for nine to one vs. 8 to 1)

Bet on correctly punto banco gives relatively good odds, aside from the tie wager of course.

Baccarat Chemin de Fer Method

As with all games baccarat banque has quite a few familiar misunderstandings. One of which is the same as a misconception in roulette. The past isn’t a fore-teller of future events. Keeping track of past results at a table is a bad use of paper and an affront to the tree that gave its life for our paper desires.

The most accepted and definitely the most successful scheme is the 1-3-2-6 plan. This tactic is used to pump up earnings and limit risk.

Start by placing 1 chip. If you win, add another to the two on the table for a total of 3 chips on the second bet. If you succeed you will hold 6 on the game table, subtract four so you are left with 2 on the 3rd bet. If you win the third wager, deposit 2 to the 4 on the game table for a grand total of 6 on the 4th round.

If you do not win on the first round, you take a hit of 1. A profit on the 1st round followed by a loss on the second creates a hit of two. Success on the first 2 with a loss on the 3rd gives you with a gain of two. And wins on the initial 3 with a loss on the fourth means you balance the books. Succeeding at all 4 rounds leaves you with twelve, a profit of ten. This means you can give up the 2nd wager five times for each favorable streak of four bets and still are even.
